Farmer's Markets

Communities all across Toronto run farmer’s markets which give residents the opportunity to shop for local, fresh products such as fresh fruits and vegetables, locally made cheese and bread, and products made by local artists.

Farmer’s markets are great place to meet people in your community and socialize, and learn from the artist about their products.

They typically are run on weekends or on weekday evening and set up in an large, empty parking lot, a community building, or even in some places a street will be blocked of and the market will set up on the streets.
